Instructions Before the Surgery

Patients who are breastfeeding or pregnant are not eligible
for laser eye surgery.
Stop breastfeeding for 1 month before the surgery. Pregnant patients should wait 3 months after giving birth before having laser eye surgery.

It is essential to refrain from wearing contact lenses for the recommended period before your examination and surgery. This will ensure accurate measurements and optimal results.

  • Soft lenses 5 days
  • Soft lenses with astigmatism
    correction (toric lenses)
    - 10 days
  • Hard lenses (RGP lenses) - 14 days
  • Ortho-K (night lenses) - 1 month
Please bring the following items
  • Identification card
  • Cap or sunglasses (if available)
On the day of
surgery

Do not apply makeup, lotion, or perfume around the eyes.

Wash your face and eyelids thoroughly.
Unscented moisturizer is allowed.

Avoid wearing hoodies, boots, or skirts as you will be lying down during the procedure.

Do not drive on the day of surgery, as your vision may be temporarily blurred immediately afterward.
